We started with one gingerbread house on a kitchen table and a stubborn refusal to buy pre-made panels. That has not changed. Dough is mixed by hand, spices are measured by eye and nose, and every roof shingle is piped by a decorator who signs off on the finished piece.

How quickly can you deliver in Kansas?
Most custom gingerbread houses are delivered within one day of completion, and many orders placed early in the week are on a doorstep in Kansas before the weekend. A few days' notice is ideal for larger replica builds so the panels can dry properly — call and we will give you a firm date on the spot.
Can you copy a real building?
Yes. Send photos from two or three angles and any measurements you have. Replica homes, churches, storefronts and offices are our most requested commissions.
Is it actually edible?
Every structural panel is real spiced gingerbread and the icing is royal icing. Non-edible supports, when needed for very large builds, are clearly marked.
Do you deliver outside the cities listed?
Almost certainly. Our routes cover Wichita, Overland Park and Kansas City plus every town in between. If we cannot drive it, we crate and courier it.
Can you work around allergies?
We bake allergen-aware with clear labelling and can adapt many designs. Tell us the allergy on the first call so we can plan the recipe and the kitchen schedule.
